Room size was amazing and unusually big. Check in lady was lovely. Your website says onsite parking is $40 and does not explain that its valet parking. The cost is actually $50 and I also didn't know that I could leave my car in Valet parking with Mantra all day if I wished to look around Southbank. I wasn't told that until the valet gentleman brough my car back. One more small detail, I was told that my bond $50 could be used for valet parking when I check out but when I went to check out the attendant said no that is not possible, we need to check your room.

Large room- small overgrown balony so no view. Bed was very comfortable and king size so plenty of room to move about.

The staff who greeted us were friendly and knowledgeable, greeted us by name as we walked through the door! The room was spacious and comfortable with all of the amenities we could ask for. The location was fabulous! Easy access to restaurants, entertainment and great walking. Safe, lively, neighbourhood!

Friendly, efficient staff in restaurant and reception. Comfortable room, excellent room with good facilities. The magical reception staff who found me some fresh fruit late at night after the restaurant had closed.

We were upgraded to a single bedroom which was a good size, the staff were helpful we got valet parking which was much easier because we didn’t have carry our bags around the city, they were very fast on taking our car when we arrived and returning the car when we wanted to leave, the room was very quiet considering the hotel is right next to the train tracks, the location Is prefect for access to Southbank

Great open room, mini apartment, kitchenette, lounge room with a big balcony. It was clean and the staff were helpful. Great breakfast in the restaurant, very close and central location to the many Southbank facilities and activities. If you have a car, the valet parking was good and affordable.

It was the Riverfire weekend and I received a lovely welcome pack and a hand delivered card - very nice touch!

The staff were so helpful when we asked for an early check-in. As we were travelling down for a show, they were so accommodating. Comfy beds, amazing pillows!! I was a returning guest and I will be back again!!
